MICRO & SMALL ENTERPRISES FACILITATION COUNCIL MADURAI REGION The MSE Department of Government of Tamilnadu takes care of the development of MSME by way of giving incentives and subsidies etc to MSE.
As a part of it, it also intends to take care of the settlement of pending paymentas due to MSME by major Government/Public/corporations of Government of Tamilnadu for the supply of goods/service made by the former. Accordingly, based on the request of Governmetn of India, the Government of Tamilnadu vide G.O. Ms.No. 63, Small Industries SIB Department, dated 08.12.2006 have constituted MSE Facilitation Council as prescribed in the “interest on delayed payments to MSE, Arbitration & Conciliations Act 1996 (Central Act 26 of 1996) and in the exercise of powers conferred by Section7A of above act, the Government of Tamilnadu has established MSE Facilitation Council in four regions . Madurai region has the consists the following districts: Dindigul, Kaniyakumari, Madurai, Ramnad, Sivagangai, Theni, Tirunelveli, Tutiticorin, and Virudhunagar.
